At the meeting, Mr. Douangsamone Bouamanychan, President of the Xayaboury Provincial Business Association, opened the meeting and summarized the activities of the past 5 years and the direction of the plan for the next 5 years. Over the past 5 years, the Provincial Young Business Association, under the leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Executive Committee, has been responsible for implementing and implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Young Business Association's Third General Assembly with responsibility and initiative, achieving many achievements, both contributing to the establishment and development of the province's economy to grow and expand in accordance with the direction and goals set by the province. Focused on political ideology, organizational work, expanding branches and new members throughout the province, implementing the designated projects and programs, actively implementing the guidelines for international relations

The chairman led the referendum to approve the Executive Committee of the Xayaburi Provincial Young Businessmen Association, the IV term, and determined 31 members, 3 of whom were women, and elected the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Xayaburi Provincial Young Businessmen Association, 6 of whom were: Mr. Sivilay Sulatchak as the Chairman of the Xayaburi Provincial Young Businessmen Association, Mr. Bounmi Uthoumphone as the Vice Chairman of the Xayaburi Provincial Young Businessmen Association, Mr. Soulidet Vangnalat as the Vice Chairman, and elected the Inspection Committee, 3 of whom were: Mr. Somphone Chanthalydet as the Chairman of the Inspection, Mr. Sudsada Vilayphan as the Vice Chairman of the Inspection, and Mr. Loe Sipaseuth as the Inspection Committee. The meeting also elected delegates to the 8th Provincial Youth Executive Committee General Meeting, 7 full delegates and 3 alternates.
